About the association

The association Helgoland Strandpark was founded in 2004 and owns the property located at Øresundsveh 142 A-M. The property consists of an L-shaped apartment building towards Øresundsvej and 5 separate apartment buildings towards Engvej. You can see the position on this map:

As you can see, our property is placed in a very attractive area. If you fancy a walk by the water or want to hang out on the beach, then you can walk to Amager Strandpark in 5 minutes. Here you also find Helgoland badeanstalt, which from May to October is open to everybody without requirement of membership. If you are going on a holiday by plane, then it only takes 10 minutes to get to Copenhagen Airport by metro. If you are more into shopping, then the metro will take you to Kongens Nytorv and inner city in 10 minutes.

There are multiple supermarkets nearby, Lidl and REMA 1000 are within 500 meters, and Kvickly and 365 can be reached with a 10-minute walk. They are placed in the Strandlodsvej neighbourhood, which is currently developing fast with new housing and with them restaurants, cafés, wine bars, and many more shops. Finally, there is also the theatre Play, where you can watch comedy etc.

If you are going for a walk with your dog, the lagoons at Amager Strand are always good. Close by is also a dog beach, where your dog can run off leash and party with all the other dogs. You can also take your dog to Kløvermarken in an evening, when the many sport clubs are not active. It is a great area for playing and training.

There are also multiple daycares and schools in the area and aside from the aforementioned sports club there is also a scout association and sailing clubs for children and teenagers.

The association also has a common house, a new playground and access to a private car park. The common house can be rented for a small fee by the residents for private parties etc. The playground was built in 2021 and consists of a climbing frame, swings, and a small football field for the bigger kids. The car park is located right next to the metro and we share it with the neighbour association. All residents will get a parking licence, which gives access to park freely in the car park.

About the apartments

The property consists of 72 apartments with an associated basement room:

2-room apartment with a garden: 1 (79,5 m2)

2-room apartment with a balcony: 3 (83,5 m2)

3-room apartment with a garden: 9 (92,5 m2 - 97,5 m2)

3-room apartment with a balcony: 15 (92,5 m2 - 94,5 m2)

4-room apartment with a garden: 9 (105 m2 - 105,5 m2)

4-room apartment with a balcony: 31 (105,5 m2 - 109 m2)

4-room apartment with two balconies: 3  (108,5 m2)

4-room apartment with a balcony and a small terrace: 1 (108,5 m2)

The ground floor apartments have a small private garden and the rest of the apartments have at least 1 balcony. You can see an example of one of the apartments floor plan:

The rent level, without utilities, in the association is around 7000 kr. for a 4-room apartment, 6000 kr. for a 3-room apartment, and 5500 for a 2-room apartment. All the bathrooms have big bathrooms, which makes it possible to have a washing machine and a tumbledryer. The association has also invested in a BWT installation, which reduces calcium buildups.

We are also allowed to have small pets in the association.

When you are a member of the association, you can put yourself on an internal waiting list, if there should be a need to switch to a different apartment with more or less rooms in the future.
